"Loved the big corner room in a historic building with modern, brutalist interiors. Gym was tiny but nicely designed. Only one of two machines were working so that needs to be fixed. Very generous suite with plenty of space to spread out. Great, long console to serve as a desk and coffee bar. Great, quiet location just steps away from lots of things to do."

"Boxotel isn't particularly fancy, but it has everything you need for a great stay in Montreal. It is located within easy walking distance to downtown, old Montreal, the mountain and the plateau. The rooms aren't big but they are modern, comfy and well equipped. The rooftop terrace is bright and private; and the breakfast bar gives you everything you need to get on your way in the morning. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back!"
