"We had a small double including a lovely breakfast which was very good value. Lovely pool. Easy free parking. Convenient for dropping son at university and visiting relatives.The hotel was old and had character, but was well maintained. Would be more eco-friendly to only change towels if left on the floor and to provide soap dispensers rather than little individual plastic bottles. "

The toilet didn’t flush well and there was no space in the room to store belongings except for a very very narrow closet.
