"1) no reception. I called but the lady in poor English can't explain where the keys are. after more than half an hour of searching, i found a keybox with the key, called again, got the code, and finally got the keys! 2)I was supposed to get a 2 person room with a double bed. i got 3 single beds. ..."

"Ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels ist ohne anklopfen ins Zimmer gekommen. Und anstatt sich zu entschuldigen und rauszugehen hat er ganz entspannt seine Arbeit erledigt. Das Gleiche ist bei 2 meiner Kollegen passiert. Das ist höchst unprofessionell."
