I had a lovely 4-night stay in my cosy 1st floor single room in late February. The charming reception staff - all lovely young ladies - were always there to help and offer advice. My room was warm and well equipped, the bed supremely comfortable and the large bathroom was a delight to use. There was always a welcome selection of cakes and fruit available and the coffee machine produced unexpectedly good coffee, with a variety of teabags to choose from. I loved the location - far enough from...

Excellent hotel and staff

Really nice hotel, perfect for a short getaway from Warsaw. A lot of attractions for kids, comfortable rooms, good breakfast.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Always pleasure to stay there. Breakfast is a winner and I enjoyed dinner too.

Beautiful room with big windows, spacious bathroom too

We just needed a good value hotel, with secure parking, wifi and breakfast and easy to get to along the route on our car trip across europe. We were taken aback with the plush surroundings and the quality of the hotel considering we paid around £80 for a triple room! The restaurent / bar was small but food was to an amazing standard, and once again great value, all in a wonderful experience.

What you expect from the Hilton group, all great

Clean, tidy and modern. Great location, especially in terms of the Old Town. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There is a little supermarket just across the street which is reasonably priced. Polish products are about half the price compared to the airport.

Great value and a very nice hotel. A bit of a walk to the old town but easy to get around the city from here. Quite straightforward to/from the airport. Is come here again

A real 5 starts hotel !! Our experience at Sofitel was simply magical. With its delightful breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, and overall exceptional service, it's safe to say we'll be coming back for more.

A choice of gf cereal would help.

A superb hotel, it's positioning is perfect. Is at the edge of the marvelous Old Town & the whole area looked amazing with all the Christmas lights. Christmas Markets were good. Buses ran nearby & the metro was about a 5 minute walk away; plus the trams, all public transport was good. Museums are very good and explanations are in Polish & English. Must sees are the Royal Castle (near Bristol), Uprising Museum, Warsaw Museum, Chopin Museum and Polin (1,000 yrs of Polish Jewish History, which we...

Super hotel! Nice personal thank you!

Really comfortable beds. Silent on the 7th floor. Everything works in the room. Standard international hotel breakfast. Excellent central location.
