"The property is well maintained, and there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation but service lacks to some extent as they do the strictly minimum. Some of the valets are passive agressive and sometimes pool attendants ‘don’t see you’ for the longest time. The place is quiet from 10pm to 8am for those who want to recharge during their vacation. The food was really good. It’s on the beach so very convenient. I didn't like having people offering horse rides walking up and down the beach...

"It was the first time I was at a resort that you had to sign for everything with an all inclusive package it drove me nuts. I was constantly waiting for drinks so the paperwork would get printed out late in the evening. It was very difficult to get a drink or food unless you paid. Beac was beautiful thou "

We have been coming to all inclusive hotels all across Mexico, and this is our standard. Great staff, every meal delicious and every cocktail was great. Plenty of activities at the beach and great support. Was a trip to remember. ☺️"
