"The stay was very good. We had a private bath in our room and it was very nice. The private onsen left a bit to be desired. We were unable to utilize the public onsen due to tattoos. The location near the ropeway and ship were amazing. The buffet was above average. Would stay again."

The only amenity was the onsen bath, which had separate facilities for men and women, so we couldn’t enjoy it together as a family.
