The room we had was dated and need refurbishing. Tired carpet, curtains etc. The bed was uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. Unfortunately on the final night I hardly slept due to scratching, biting sounds coming from the roof space above the bed, which I can only put down to rats or large vermin. The restaurant was ok for breakfast, continental or cooked. The staff were lovely. Parking was easy as well.

Rooms are clean & comfortable, staff friendly & the food is very good. I’ve stayed here a few time but this was my first time with a room on the main road side & cars passing is continuous so I’m glad I had ear plugs, it’s something I’ve never heard on the back of the hotel

Fantastic stay. Lovely room. Free parking and £10 for our dog to stay ( 2 night stay) food was lovely and we could take our dog with us. The staff were fab made a fuss over our dog and nothing was too much trouble for us or her. Opposite, there is a field that you can take your dog for a walk. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back.

Staff were very polite and helpful , the only minor issues was that my single room was by a busy road. Howhen I mentioned this the staff suggested that I take a double bedroom next time away from the road. The Dinner Bed and breakfast was excellent value 3 course meal. Very good

The room, and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tired, and could do with re tiling. Apart from that the meals we had were good, and the staff very polite and attentive. In all we enjoyed our stay.
