Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place ! "This hotel is gorgeous, from the immaculate and very interesting grounds (jogging path through the jungle section, formal gardens and agro-forestry garden) to the incredibly patient and highly courteous staff. We loved the included bike tour and garden tour, complete with fruit tasting from their crops. The shuttle bus down to Ubud was also very useful. The staff for these these activities deserve special mention. The food was really lovely, with the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the 3rd floor being particularly noteworthy. Staff took care to check in with us every few days and ask, for example, if there was anything else we wanted for breakfast which was not already provided. We couldn't think of anything as so much was choice was already provided! Touches such as mending my glasses beautifully, when I asked had only asked for some tape and flowers after I needed a plaster and some antiseptic after cutting myself on an outing made us feel very looked after. It is certainly an oasis of calm!"

This property has 24 elephants that are well taken care of; each elephant is handled with care, feed well, washed daily, and treated with dignity. From every room, you can see the elephants. Its such a treat; treat yourself to escape to paradise. "

"Quiet restful time. We booked the Adiwanya Dara Ayu and a quiet time to rest between our travels throughout Bali and the Islands. Such a nice big room, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. On a terraced landscape so come prepared to put in your steps or book a top level room. VIEWS!"

"I came to Nadi seeking space and quiet, and that is exactly what I received. The food was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful, and the whole experience gave me exactly what I needed at this time. Just a gentle heads-up that there are a lot of stairs, so if mobility is a challenge it’s something to be mindful of. I stayed in both the Mountain View Tent and the Waterfall Tent and loved them both for different reasons. The Mountain View Tent was incredibly peaceful, watching the storms roll in over the mountains, with butterflies by day and fireflies at night — definitely a special spot. In the Waterfall Tent you can’t see the waterfall from the room, but the sound of the water flowing was really relaxing and grounding. I would absolutely stay here again."

"All was clean and very pretty looking. Staff were polite, especially Miss Sinha who appeared on the last day and helped me get to my destination near Ubud. It was not her job but she helped me. Unfortunately, a few minors point. The room smell damp and rather dark even when it was sunny. It was a room down on the ground floor. The hotel is beautiful but in the middle of nowhere and near no tourists sight nor anywhere to eat. It takes at least three hours to get there from the airport in the South. If you had no vehicle and not much money you are very stuck. No taxi service nearby or eating places. You cannot order a grab or uber. They do not go all the way to hotel. You need a motorbike or lots of money for hotel call an expensive taxi. Unfortunately, on the last day just before I left I dropped one of their beers from the fridge and they made sure I paid for it. I don't mind but I thought at discretion I did not need to since I had hardly cash nor I had a card. There was a leak underneath the sink I had helped them by informing them. They could not fix it, it was still leaking after two attempts to fix it. That may be cause of the damp smell. After every meal I had a stomache but I had no choice but eat there. Since I had, hardly, any money and no vehicle."

"This is a fantastic experience. From the minute you arrive, every member of staff goes out there way to make your stay special. The bale was perfect and very comfortable. The attention to detail was amazing. Pool area was lovely and iced water and cool towels were a lovely touch. Food is up there with Michelin star restaurants. Overall a perfect stay. "
