The staff were welcoming, polite and always smiling. The property would benefit from a renovation. Breakfast is limited to mainly sweet options and needs to be updated, especially the coffee machine!

Hôtel calme proche du centre ville

Excellent hotel au calme, à 5mn de la petite gare et à 10mn du centre de la ville. Personnel accueillant et souriant, bon petit déjeuner. Ma chambre avait une vue superbe sur les collines environnantes.

Teleurstelling

Dit hotel is onlangs weer geopend na diverse sluitingen door Covid. Afgaand op de goede beoordelingen en het hoge waarderingscijfer hadden we er veel meer van verwacht. Wellicht heeft het hotel nog te kampen met opstartproblemen. Het ontbijt is een buffet maar erg simpel, diverse producten zijn niet vers en staan er ook dagen achtereen. De koffie is niet meer dan wat prut. De airco heeft weing capaciteit, na een dag werken doet hij het redelijk. De kamer voor mindervaliden heeft een kleine douchecabine met naar binnen draaiende klapdeuren. Onhandig! Het personeel aan de receptie is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Très bien...

Petit déjeuner très complet. Parking sur place. Compter une dizaine de minutes à pied pour arriver dans le centre ville (pour trouver des restos).

It was very good staff very friendly only one observation in the room the Light shade is an enormous paper ball and i mean enormous and it dominated the room completely. Staff were excellent and very helpful we know the area as my wife lived 300 meters from the hotel but no complaints. Thank you all very much

Hôtel simple lits confortables et service sympathique. Mais l’hôtel est un peu en dehors de la ville et du centre (10 min à pied)

Ottimo hotel vicinissimo al centro

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per visitare il Man e il nuovo spazio espositivo di Ilisso. Molti vicino al centro, poco più di 10minuti, stanze grandi, pulite e ben insonorizzate. Personale cordiale e professionale. Ottima la colazione. Disponibilità di parcheggio fronte hotel. Consigliatissimo.

Good hotel

Stayed for one night. Staff here were excellent, helping with every question we asked. Room was comfortable. Would have been good to have had an extra pillow. Well positioned for the old town and easy Torino. Free car park. Breakfast was good.
