"Although enjoyed the stay it needs pointing out that the steps to the allocated room were steep (no joke with heavy luggage). Should the addition of a lift be considered? "Due to hot weather I asked if we could move to a lower floor room for our 2nd night ( they had provide 1 fan that was already in the room and 2nd one which I asked for but room was like an oven ..) The staff were fantastic and found a room within a few minutes on a lower floor and cooler .. Thank you to the staff"
