"Lovely hotel, staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, particularly appreciated a beautiful open fire being lit for us on a chilly night. All the staff were helpful but a particular shout out to Natasha and Winfrey. The resident cat was also very friendly and sweet. Thoroughly recommend Pine Tree Inn if visiting this beautiful part of Zimbabwe."
