"staff was very unfriendly. I asked for a accessible room - the "bench" for the tub was on the floor - with the guest expected to lift it and put in the tub. A handicapped person?? ridiculous. And the front door was not accessible at all - trying to get into the lobby with luggage, and a very heavy door that would was not automatic, was difficult to say the least. Very, very noisy all night long with other guests. Never addressed by the staff."

"The room itself was very clean, nice decor, and convenient for a longer stay. However, the king bed we had was incredibly firm and we woke up sore both mornings. The stairwell which we were forced to take were smelly because there were garbage bags in the trash receptacles overflowing. The clerk when we checked in was initially very sweet and friendly, but it was clearly shallow, because when we had insight to give in regard to the elevator issues, she was a little rude and condescending.

"I liked the good nights rest and the coffee! Dining area waa very nice ! I didnt like it that no one would show us how to use the plug in for our hybrid vehicle it was so hot outside we just stand there to figure it out so maybe the heat was why they didnt want to help?"
