"Had to buzz to get in building, staff was unfriendly and thought we had to go outside to goer to room. No elevator which would have been nice to know as one of our group is still getting over surgery. Entrance is in strip mall and cost did not reflect it was not a regular hotel with bare minimum basics. Clerk also insisted on taking my credit card and writing the security number even after taking a $250 security hold, the most of any recent hotel I have stayed at. Overall uncomfortable...

"The breakfast was a big disappointment . The moment working, there was not friendly . The hotel room itself had a very bad odor The alarm clock was flashing upon check-in, which they could not fix The elevator was very loud and bumpy The faucet in my room was leaking The fridge in the room did not get cold Two cars got broken into I tried to change my reservation. They wanted to charge me and were unable to help me out at all !"

"This property was crazy. The band played music until early morning, with no sound proofing between the bar and the hotel rooms. Be prepared for no sleep. The rooms had a urine smell. Stayed two nights, two different rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Would not recommend."

"Le personnel ne salut pas les clients. Ils ont pas beaucoup le sourire. La chambre est très petite, pas beaucoup d’espace et le fauteuil est inconfortable."

"The hotel is older but clean and quiet- especially if you stay on the second floor. But pack accordingly. There is no elevator so it's a walk up. Otherwise we were satisfied."

"Upon arrival they placed us in a room with a window covered with film felt very enclosed and very uncomfortable. They then moved us to another room on second level which then had a mouse in the wall. They then moved us to a different room after complaining, which I'll add was close to midnight after driving 12-hours. I might add the staff who checked us in had the audacity to ask if we used anything prior to moving us, might I add we were ready to sleep when we heard the mouse. Smh. The manager...
