HVAC was very loud and even when turned off it continued to cycle every 2-3 minutes (without fan). Very annoying.

Scipio Hotel
We were welcomed by front desk staff who assisted us in finding a room on the ground level. Included was a generous offer to help us unload and take our belongings to our room as my husband had just had knee surgery. Outstanding thoughtfulness. Much appreciated.
