The unit's floor plan is good, sized just right and the 2 bedrooms are big as well as the bathrooms. The washer and dryer is a big help and dishwasher as well! "The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"They were doing Reno’s on the exterior doors when we were there and started the very noisy equipment at 7am on the Friday am - we were in a room close to the exterior door and could hardly hear each other speak. "

The shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser is not clean and has layers of random products in it so that you can actually see difficult layers of old product and mold within the dispenser. "I was attending a medical conference at the Hilton. I could walk to the conference it was so close. Condo was in perfect condition. Very clean and comfortable and in a good location. I also recommend getting a pass to use the Hiltons gym and spa service. "
