"Room was clean. Good size room. Breakfast was the same every day, but sufficient. Staff were helpful when asking for extra towels. Soap provided was not great, went to a Walmart and picked up our own. Water presser was weak. TV was small. Beds not the most comfortable. Overall, worth what we paid for and served its purpose."

"The room and staff were excellent. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant on the 4th floor that offers basic fair and full bar. View is beautiful from this part of the hotel. Setup is a little odd for the property. Check-in is on the 4th floor (top floor). The elevator in the entrance only goes to the 4th floor. Unfortunately the other elevator that stops at the 2nd and 3rd floors did not work. We had to take the elevator to the 4th floor then walk down stairs to...

"When i checked in Shae the front desk rep was very friendly and accomodate as required. We lost the car keys and they didn't even went inside the office to look and said they don't have it but later at night when we came back and asked the front desk he went inside the office and got the lost keys."

"We stayed here the night before an early flight out of DFW. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Check-in was fine, but the lady at checkout was extremely friendly! The room was comfortable. Beds are on the firm side. Best part was the hotel shuttle service. It was prompt and the gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful."
