"It was a busy weekend while we were there so some areas seemed crowded and during breakfast. At night the kids were loud in the halls but there seemed to be baseball tournament. The hotel was kept up with and clean. Staff was friendly when interacted with. Would stay here again. Pool was a good size and towels were provided in the area. Location was very good."

"This place was terrible and I would not ever return! The outside doors did not lock. The building inside was in disrepair. The pool was closed for maintenance. "Comfortable beds and room was very clean. We arrived late and were able to go right to sleep as it was very quiet. Breakfast was ok - hot and cold options. Dining area was very clean. Although we did not have time to use the pool or gotten, they did not look as clean as we would have liked. Staff was very friendly!"

"Overall it was a solid hotel and the room was spacious staff were very friendly. The one very problematic piece was the rooms were not well insulated. We had difficulty sleeping well because you could hear tvs and voices in the surrounding rooms and loud footsteps from the room above ours. If the #1 goal of a hotel is a good night’s sleep, our family did not have that here."

Wanted you to check in without assistance (I don't like,) system was down so they had to help me anyway. The Gal at the desk was very pleasant.

"Our stay for 1 night was perfect! Bed and covers were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and has a soap bar plus I brought my own Shampoo & Conditioner, so I didn’t need their 2-in-1 but I was glad to see they had a little bottle for those who might need one if they forgot. Price for the hotel was less than a $100 & next door to a Hospital in case of any emergencies, so it was well worth it. This is my second time coming to Sioux Falls and my second time at this hotel. Definitely recommend it!"
