Did your multiple times and I really have no complaints. The vending machines are rarely working, and every now and then you'll see someone sketchy hanging out at the stairs. Overall, that's probably the worst I've experienced and I continue going back.

Piedmont Place is no frills. It is affordable and clean. Just a room with a bed, a place to put your things, and a tv. I've stayed there a couple of times and it fits my needs.

Terrible customer service

Bring your own towels, lysol wipes, and spray. It will make you feel much better knowing that you cleaned your room yourself. They asked me to pay extra after i booked online and I refused.

Sufficient but lacks soundproofing

Clean, just what I needed for 1 night. Nice bathroom, but pilly sheets. For some reason, neighbors sounded like they were stomping or jumping and shook my whole bed in the morning. So soundproofing was sub-par.

Bright Lights But No Broadway

The front office ways always pleasant and helpful but that' was not enough to offset the minuses with cleanliness, safety, smell of smoke and all-night bright lights. The bathroom was clean and remodeled. However the room had a constant smoky smell and the carpet and chair needed a deep clean or replacement. I spraywd every day but the smoke smell always returned. No incidents occurred but it always felt a little sketchy with some of those passing through. At night, the facility lights are extremely bright and even the black-out curtains cannot overcome the brightness. It was like the 6 months of daylight in Alaska. If you need a dark room to sleep skip this place. My room had no dresser or wardrobe for your clothes. If your stay will be more than a night or two, squeeze your budget for a better place.
