"I was charged even though I had already been paid through Hotels.com"

"The breakfast area was tiny, there were limited items available. No egg, no potatoes, no fruit. Muffins were not fresh. Parking was shady, as is the vicinity of the hotel. I'm glad my car didn't get broken into or marked with graffiti. There was a constant smell of marijuana and each morning I woke with a headache. Room was not very clean. Bed was good, bathroom was nice, tv had Directv. Will look elsewhere before I book there again."

"Room was clean. Toilet bowl cover had to be moved in order to flush. There were abandoned cars and homeless people living in the parking lot. I had to leave my ID in exchange to use the iron and board - and I had to go get it and walk it back… super weird. The lobby was closed to guests, so just a walk up window from the parking lot. If staff is scared, makes me feel unsafe. The AC unit in the room was damaged, and the heater didn’t work - I was freezing. The phone was ripped out of the wall, so I couldn’t call the front desk. Also, they only provide a bar of soap - and I forgot shampoo. UGH "

"Love this spot. Third time staying here. Parking is convenient, staff is friendly & accommodating, rooms are simple cozy & do just the trick for a well rested night! Very much recommend staying here, and the view is so charming! Truly a hidden gem to stay!!!"
