"The staff was great and kind. It was a quick check in as well. However… I’m not one to complain… and I’m not. However the breakfast location was more of a nook… it was so small for how many rooms there are. They allow people to keep their cars there for cruises so the parking is crazy full with very small slots. Finally the water temp in shower was terrible. I still felt like I had soap and shampoo on me even after showering. Otherwise the bed was comfy. "

"I was very excited to stay at the Hacienda I waited 2 years due to health issues to finally get to go. We only stayed 2 nights i was happy with everything, we were able to stay on main street did not need our car that was a big plus.
