"Really helpful and friendly staff. Top notch. Shame they keep pumping out BBC news on all the screens when it's such a divisive and unpopular broadcaster who's seen its standing dissolve after numerous controversies. Move with the times. GB news is most popular and most watched news channel by far Breakfast all good but annoying to have to move tin foil out of the way just to reach the eggs each morning. "

"The waiting and bar staff were lovely but the same cannot be said of the reception lady who was very unfriendly and not at all helpful. The food and drink were very overpriced although we did have a nice meal. The menu is limited though."
