"Clean room, attentive staff."

"The room was perfect! It was super comfy, the tv had youtube, netflix and prime video which was really nice and they also provided dishware (plates, bowls, etc.) as well as cookware (pots, pans, strainer bowl, etc.) The ac unit worked really well and we were able to customize the room temp to our liking in a matter of minutes. The fridge had lots of space which was a plus. I came here to relax and get away from life and this was exactly what I needed. Easy 10/10 as I def plan on coming here...

"The team was incredible. There was an issue with our room and they were quick to find a solution. They also provided two beverage vouchers to use at Isabelle for the inconvenience. Every detail in the rooms was appreciated - including the comfortable bed, pillows, sheets and duvet."

"I always take a look at the bed when I enter a room and usually stream the sheets. Last night there were stains on the white sheets and hair underneath the fitted sheet. There also seemed to have been some sort of alarm going off on our floor for half of the night. We took a trip and were honestly looking for a good nights sleep and failed. "

"Upon entrance to the hotel we immediately noticed how beautiful it was. Very clean, nicely decorated. Staff was lovely to deal with. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is easy to get to from the highway and it’s near the downtown core but overlooking the lake. We were able to take a walk along the waterside just beside the hotel where there is also a beautiful park. In addition, the restaurant located in the hotel was superb! Good food and great prices! We will definitely be back!...

"Excellent staff. Hotel rooms quite good with decent amenities, though I would appreciate _two_ coffee pods rather than one, and the soaps the hotel provides are rather meagre. Breakfast not great, and the hotel would do better by providing hard boiled eggs (or scrambled eggs) instead of the dried out and tasteless fried eggs."
