"My family and I experienced a sleepless night during our stay Saturday July 11, 2026, as a result of the lack of adequate bed space. Although we needed 1 Room for 5 Guests, ages 8 and up, the Marriott Select a Room screen offers a room with bedspace only 4 guests. I reserved the room believing that a rollaway bed would be provided along with 2 queen beds. This proved not true. I asked the Asst manager for another room or for a rollaway bed and she insisted there was nothing she could do to...

"It was very clean and pleasant stay."

"Our air conditioner barely worked, pool is outside and very small, the cooktop was damaged, the couch had crumbs in the cracks. The cart broke for our luggage to be carried on. Key machine didn’t work, so we couldn’t get one. The employees had to let us in the room every time we left out. Too many issues for $200 a night. Was disappointed, but the employees were very nice and helpful at say the least. And the breakfast was decent."

Planned on staying here for 3 nights but we had to find somewhere else to go. Not only did they have the wrong room booked for us, paid for the room showing a jetted tub in every picture and they gave us the kitchenette room that if I would have booked was $40 less than what we paid per night. "For this property, excellent does not do it justice. This hotel, from top to bottom, has everything a visitor would need. The amenities and cleanliness were above and beyond. Please be sure you bring your swimsuit as this property has a spa-like pool and hot tub. The restaurant and bar - chefs kiss! The waiters address you by your first name and treat you like family. I travel quite a bit for work and this is one of the best properties I've ever stayed at. I will definitely be back for...

"The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. They did move my room and then I had the sink issue. Overall the hotel is beautiful, No one ever...

"The room we stayed in was ok condition, but the bathroom was in poor repair. The bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside, the toilet flush had to be manually lifted or the toilet "ran" continuously, and there was some strange water damage above the shower that appeared that the housekeeper had tried to fix with some kind of paper towel that was stuck to the ceiling.
