"“Check-in anytime” except when we arrived, the electronic check-in systems were down and there were no staff in the entire hotel to assist. We had to wait over an hour to reach the emergency phone line and get the room code. The code was sent via email but the wifi was down for our whole stay. Terrible experience"
"Everything was fine. Confusion about booking and the receptionist kept saying I need to pay extra for breakfast even though I showed her on my booking I already paid for breakfast and it was included in my booking. Turns out it was their system wide error but this whole thing wasted about 20-25 mins while she checked with her manager and confirmed it was all included in the booking. "
