"I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the staff’s attitude. From the moment we arrived, the service felt cold and unwelcoming. Instead of being helpful, the staff came across as dismissive and at times outright rude. Hospitality is supposed to make guests feel comfortable, but this was the complete opposite. Simple questions were met with attitude, and it honestly made the stay stressful rather than enjoyable. The location and hotel itself may be fine, but the way guests are treated matters much more — and unfortunately, this completely ruined the experience for me. I would not return, and I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service. I suggest you find something else where"

"Its up the strip. The entire riom and hotwl decore is very nice. Breakfast was modest. Overall fair, but for the price you can probably get something better either up in the mountains or up the hill. "

"We were upgraded to the Panorama Suite complete with lounge room, full width panoramic windows and balcony. Could ask for better views of the mountains. Staff were great and buffet breakfast was great. A must stay at this hotel."

"Good breakfast, spa was nice, room was nice, though storage for ski stufclothing and luggage was limited. Ski room/lockers were good. Shuttle took us to train station and lifts. Good restaurant for dinner."
