"The reception area could be improved with better atmosphere and ambiente. The staff were good but not overyl motivated. Room was very good and thankful of Air Conditioning. Bar not open which added to the lack of atmosphere. Nevertheless, would recommend and return"

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice as well as the shower. Too bad we had to pay extra for parking the car in the garage. Also the room was in another building. Walking at 11pm with two kids in a suburb of Karlsruhe didn't feel ok, despite it being only a two minute ..."
