"The family room was set up in a way where the air conditioning unit was blowing directly onto one of the beds, this made it inpossible to sleep without having a freezing cold breeze. When telling the hotel staff the next morning, the boomer woman at reception didn't seem to care, offered no apology and said "there's nothing we can do about that"."

"All the staff were welcoming and friendly and are a credit to the hotel.
They loved our dog too - Toby who was rewarded with a welcome box and treats during our stay - even giving a sausage at breakfast.
We can’t thank the staff enough, when we realised that my husband had left his wallet in the bedroom. The reception team contacted us and went above and beyond to send his wallet back!m. Both the housekeeper’s and receptionist are exceptional!
The room was lovely with great pillows and mattress - something that’s very important to me and you don’t always get it from a hotel stay.
The hotel is in a great location, next to the river and with lovely outdoor seating and a car park too!
