"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Olivier. It was very clean and beautifully renovated. The bathroom was quite small and the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions."

"Everything was excellent except on the Friday and Saturday night the loud music from the hotel restaurant made it impossible to sleep until after 11.30. Which isn't great when you are jet lagged. Also we left towels on the floor for house keeping to remove. They didn't."

"Great property at Great location. Parking has options and we literally had a 2 minute walk from Parking to the property. This is not a hotel room but could be a full time live in condo. Can't say enough good things about it. The one negative was no elevator for a rd floor room. My wife struggled a bit but I would recommend this property and stay there if I go back to Quebec"

"AC unit in room broke a dripped water all over bathroom floor. No free breakfast unless you book directlly with them. Nice rooms and good location. Careful on the front stairs leaving not the safest."

"We loved the bustling, stylish lobby, which has a nice restaurant and a shop with a coffee bar and to-go foods (both of which shut down at 10 pm). The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It's just a few minutes walk to the old town and dining and shopping options, keeping in mind that the city is very hilly. The only inconvenience was the parking lot, which was under the neighboring convention center and a very complicated maze of a walk to and from the hotel."

"We were very impressed with this boutique hotel. Every thing about it was first class, including the bountiful breakfast that was delivered to our door each day and the price was right. If we return to Quebec City, we will definitely stay here again. There was some difficulty setting the room temperature, but the staff tried to help us with that. They also were able to get us a reservation at the outstanding Michelin Star restaurant adjacent to the hotel (Légende) on short notice."

"Property was very clean and comfortable with all the necessities we needed for our stay. The downtown location was ok, but not as close to the tourist sites as I had hoped. There were some restaurants nearby, but getting to the Old City and other neighborhoods was a bit of an uphill hike. I'd imagine it would be challenging for some people to walk there. Overall, great trip to a lovely city."

"My stay worked out very well for me. My room was clean & comfortable. I got a good night’s sleep. Quiet area. Microwave & mini fridge gave me the option to buy groceries & eat some meals in my room, Air conditioning works well in the summer. Touristy attractions are in walking distance of the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly, welcoming, & helpful. Bus stop for Bus # 807 next to hotel, & with transfer to Bus #76 will get to airport. Would like to come back some day, see more & experience...
