"This was my second stay and i wasn't as impressed as the first time. The bed was extremely stiff and we were placed next to the elevator. It was pretty noisy with people going by. Not to mention, the room next to us played loud music past 10 pm and I had to call the front desk to let them know. All in all, I am not sure we will return. "

"Room was spacious, our hotel room door didn't close when leaving the room unless you pushed it hard which made us feel like we were disturbing guests. Breakfast was decent, but when we came down at 9 there was barely anything left, and no one seemed to care there was an hour left with little to no food. That was a tad disappointing, especially because our softball team looks forward to team breakfast in the morning. But the staff was super friendly, especially the guy who checked us in! All in all decent hotel, and would recommend. "

"The room they gave me had not been cleaned, just the minimum for somebody else to sleep there. Unfortunately I cannot post pictures here, but there were used pieces of soap bars in the shower, hairs (of different “types”) on the bathroom floor, there were small pieces of tissue on the carpet around the bed, and finally, the bed cover was torn (a hole the size of the palm of my hand). Completely unacceptable. When I went to the front desk to complain, the man there got impatient when I was showing him the pictures and offered me another room. I told the guy that if he gave me a similar room, I would ask for my money back. He gave me a room on the third floor (the first room was on the second floor), and this one was very clean. Seemed to me that they have some rooms “really clean” ready in case somebody complains. Needless to say, I will never come back to The “Best” Western hotels."

"Overall just not a great experience with the check in. I already prepaid through hotels.com. When I put in my credit card for incidentals was charged again for the room. I asked immediately for it to be reversed and it was not. Was assured it would be posted and it was. When I finally got my room, it was someone elses room and has not be cleaned at all. When I called to rectify was put on a long hold with no true response "

"It was bad... there is roaches in the kitchen running out all over the silverware plates and cups You cant even cook anything without the firealarms going off and workers getting mad at us for setting the alarms off SMH"
