"We paid $1200 and could not use the balcony. We had workers outside the balcony cleaning and doing construction with yellow tape - we were unable to go outside. The noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep. We were told there was no other rooms and yet someone else had only booked that night and got the 6th floor - we won’t be back."

"This was hands down one of the most incredible stays I have ever experienced. I was upgraded to a massive 3 bedroom suite with a magnificent ocean view.The entire Ocean side is sliding glass. Each and every staff member I encountered was so courteous, helpful and skillful. The suite was exquisite. The Balcony was so comfortably furnished and very expansive. The kitchen was incredibly high end with gorgeous cabinetry and deluxe Miele appliances. Can't wait to go back!"

"Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view. That said, the room was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to get water or ice without going to Reflections or the Marketplace. Staff was incredibly kind, very accommodating. Pool area was beautiful, Patrice kept it very clean and was always with a smile on her face. Gio @ the beach could not have been any nicer! "

"Overall nice place, great vibe and wonderful location. Only challenge can be the parking. Limited spots and can be difficult if you have a large truck. "
