"The hotel itself is fine. The overall atmosphere was very uppity. I paid extra for an ocean view, only to get a view from the side. The surrounding area was so loud that you could not even hear the ocean. People were also smoking on balconies. Would not recommend."

"The staff was very friendly. The bartender Trell was great. The hotel was pretty empty though and I got there early, about 2pm. There was really no reason why they couldn’t have allowed me an earlier check in and they said they’d get me in quickly. I think they sort of forgot because of shift change. My early check in ended up being like 3:45pm which is barely early at all. The hotel itself is nice, but it’s sort of that instagram fake nice where everything is just a little thinner than it should be even though it all looks nice. Nice shower and tub. Robes and walls thin. I could hear the little dog next door barking during night and next morning. I called the front desk but not sure anything was done, but it wasn’t their fault. The room set up was a little weird. If you go to the bathroom in the night and turn on the light it would illuminate the whole room because it’s a frosted glass door between the bed and the bathroom. Honestly it is a decently nice place, but I did feel that it was overpriced considering it was the off season and a Monday night quick getaway. Beach access is easy, but couldn’t go in the water bc it was FULL of thick seaweed. That’s out of the hotel’s control and isn’t what affected my rating. It seemed like the staff at the beach was also helpful. All staff really were friendly. At about $600 a night in the off season it was just not quite worth that much. Nice that you can use the sauna and steam room in the spa."

"We had a beautifully, clean 2 bedded apartment with nice balcony views over the beach and Singer Island. We had a few minor problems the sliding doors in both rooms kept opening after they were closed. The remote control was not working in one of the bedrooms and in the other bathroom there was no hot water but apart from that all was good. We did not use the kitchen. The pool and beach area was nice. We ate on the beach and the food was first class, the service on the beach was really good along with the drinks. Valet parking was reasonable at $42 a day. Great to have Starbucks in the hotel entrance area. Would stay here again."

"I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like that... parking was always available and I could always see my vehicle."

"The property as a whole was very nice. The staff was fantastic except the beach chair people. Those people are very aggressive. If your condo doesn’t include the resort fee, they charge you for the chairs. If you leave the chairs for longer than an hour they sell them to someone one else and you lose the chairs. The condo was very roomy. The beds and definitely the pillows need an upgrade. The condo was fairly clean, not great. You can tell they hurry through the cleaning process. The bath towels were put away wet so we had to wash them before we used them because they smelled. Our room had a side view of the beach. It was pretty! The pools were great! Overall we had a great time. I just wish they would clean a little better."
