"The fire alarms went off and when asking the staff what's going on and if there is a fire they say I don't know you can either wait outside or stay in your room. No towels at the pool the whole time."

I love the fact that the room had a full kitchenette - full refrigerator/freezer, a 2-burner cooktop and sink with a coffee maker. They even provided a small dish soap and towels for the kitchenette area. The queen beds were comfortable - one had a softer mattress the other was firmer, which I liked. "The first room we were assigned the air conditioner didn’t work. They moved this to another room that had a totally smoky smell to it the whole time we stayed there. We sprayed and sprayed the room and the vents and it’s still stunk of cigarette smoke the whole time. The breakfast and the staff were excellent and tried to accommodate the problem with the room. The location was excellent, and we would’ve enjoyed our stay had it not been through the cigarette smoke stink in the room"
