My room is poorly maintained - light over the entry door not working, ligt fixture in bathroom is missing the glass cover (bare bulbs), bathroom counter chipped and not repaired, hair drying unit missing from wall in bathroom; smoke detector missing from its base on wall; light shades all torn, and wall socket plate missing. "

"Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?"

"Ashley at the front desk was fantastic, and the shuttle service worked really well. The property was decent overall. The bed in my room wasn’t very comfortable, but for a value hotel it still met my needs."
