"We stayed one night. I needed a pack n play and it was brought quickly. The room was comfortable enough but it definitely needs some updating/redecorating. Both the window A/C and the ironing board on the door made enough noise to keep waking up my baby, Had a fridge and microwave which was useful. Pools looked nice but didn't use. Breakfast was good with decent variety. Well located on a main road. We were charged 2x for some reason but received a credit 48 hrs later. Overall it was ok, but I...

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. We were only there 2 nights and wished we were staying longer. No view from our room but the area is beautiful and there is much to do. Our 1-bedroom room was spacious and well-equipped. The only problem was the very low toilet and they are replacing those gradually. We could have used more info at check-in as to the indoor pool and what else is available at the hotel. Check out went well and employee was very helpful and friendly."

"The phone, shower head and amenities were lacking. Except for the gentleman who check me in (Steve) I really didn't see anyone else. He seemed to be working there 24 hours. The lampshades on the bed lamps were broken and gerry rigged to stay on . The phone was broken and the shower head dribbled until I fixed it myself. For the price I paid, over a thousand dollars for 2 nights...I expected better.."

"Nice spacious room and very comfortable. Pretty quiet since Summer is off season. Only downside was it was very hot when we visited - common areas were not adequately air conditioned. Also, main restaurant/brewery was closed. We did enjoy are stay and is a nice central location in the Bershires."
