"We had such a great stay here! The hotel was super nice and really clean, which is always a big deal for us. The location was perfect, most of the tourist spots were less than a 10-minute walk, so it made everything really easy. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive the whole time. We checked in pretty late (around 10 PM), and they still took the time to greet my kids with a little gift, which was so thoughtful. "Front of house staff was amazingly friendly and productive. Everything was very clean and well maintained compared to a lot of hotels in the area. Breakfast quality was pretty good for a free buffet, but the food / bus staff was very slow - at one point falling back to extremely flimsy paper plates when they couldn't keep up with dishes. The pool was great, the balcony was nice, my view of the part and ferris wheel was great, and the location is very close to anything you could want to do in...

It's close to downtown venues and the Beltway, and within walking distance to restaurants. I highly recommend a stay there. "

"This hotel was in a good location to top attractions, but I stayed on the old side (south tower) didn’t know that when I booked it’s outdated bathrooms are small, and rooms are old decor, dark rooms was disappointing. Staff was good. "

"Room wasn’t cleaned, no coffee pods or cups, pool side food order delivered to room instead of pool, took 30 min to get valet parked car because there were so many people checking out. In fairness, the manager did give us a food credit for our trouble. This is a new hotel in a great location but it is understaffed for the number of area events it supports. "
