"Hotel, has limited parking, so once your booked in your there unless you use taxi in to town. Staff are friendly, room is clean. Dinning is limited menu, chicken burger was good. Only fault was, we asked for omelette for breakfast twice and after 25mins we gave up waiting."

"Reception lady service was very kind, when checked in and out. Room door was heavy to open. I thought it was broken, but a staff visited room and kindly explain the condition. All staffs were very nice!"

"Very clean, modern and attractive room of medium size with a simple, clean, Scandinavian look. Very close to Horizon and City cruise terminals .. a 10 minute walk tops! I did not try the extra charge continental breakfast buffet. Handy to ships and everything! Two blocks from coach and train ..."
