I was very disappointed that there was no USB charging port in the room. And no alarm clock. I was worried my phone would die and then had no clock to rely on either. There was a coffee pot in one of our rooms but not the others. Apparently the hotel is remodeling and there was furniture stacked ...

The room was clean, other than the toilet bowl needed to be cleaned. The mattresses needed to be changed out. You could see the dip in the middle of the bed. Breakfast was great and so was the staff.

Property owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great food on site both morning and night. Rooms are spacious and clean. I always stay here when passing through Hot Springs.
