Lovely staff on reception, room was clean and spacious (Family Suite - Main Building). Our only disappointment was that the pool facilities and outdoor jacuzzi are all part of the Spa, and cost extra - nearly £25 per Adult and £12 per child. We had an amazing time! Skiing is just on the door step, food is very elaborate and delicious, hospitality is very welcoming. Staff are attentive and happy to help!
