When we arrived the owner claimed that she didn't received our reservation confirmation because the email was sent to the spam folder (!!) although we had already paid our stay through credit card. But she said that we were lucky(!!) and she found a room for us in another establishment and in the same price. The other room was worst than the one we booked and certainly had a lower cost. "Upon arrival was told we have to change rooms the next day so it was pointless to unpack just to re pack the next day, also could not go anywhere until after 11:00am waiting for cleaners to clean new room the following morning. The room had no chair, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, kettle, hair dryer, bin in room, tv’s in both rooms kept loosing its stations, smallest fridge that didn’t work and towels only replaced every 4 days, cafeteria style breakfast."
