Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Room , not cleaned well. Bad order or mold on long term non use. Safe did not work. My colleagues found bugs in bedsheets. The hotel had no correspondence with Expedia to confirm payment.
