I expected better from a large chain. Good room and bed but coffee machine was not working, no plug working in sink and the booked 5am alarm call did not happen.

The cleanliness was suitable. My socks did get dirty walking around on the floor, but there were no bugs or anything else like that. The hallway had fresh carpet and the room was that kind of fake wood tiles. The room had a blind that completely blocked out the light, it ran inside so there were no gaps around the edges. That was nice. However, the breakfast was carbs only no protein and the coffee was terrible.

It was clean and quiet. Just a bit confusing getting there, I know it’s not anyone’s fault. Would suggest a different choice for the breakfast, but other than that it was great.

The first room had spiders in the shower, hair on the floor, and a funky smell. Was switched to another room which still had hair on the floor. It took 2 handtowels to wipe up all of the grime throughout the floor of the room. Pretty sure there were dead bugs squished on the wall though I couldn't stomach a closer look, especially after the things I had already cleaned on my own. The plumbing whistled and the entry door took pulling to close. Only one thin blanket on the bed. The sink stopper had been pulled out and was left on the counter which was barely big enough for the belongings of one person. Huge potholes in the parking area. Only waffles and toast for breakfast - not even peanut butter for a little protein. The few dining tables were occupied then a sign says you can't take food out of the breakfast area thus I went elsewhere for food. Overall worn out and depressing vibe. Will think twice before booking through Expedia again - when it's through a 3rd party, the hotel has limited power for accomodations / adjustments.

The first issue we had was our king sized non smoking room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The desk attendant was able to swap us to a double queen room. I also had issues with my room keys not working multiple times at first and had to get them re keyed which was annoying. We also had issues charging some our devices in the night
