"The establishment is great, the day staff is amazing. The problem we had was the night time desk lady. She was the rudest person. She did not greet us when she arrived instead yelled at our group. That could have been handled so differently. She is not a person who should be dealing with public. She needs some classes in how to handle situations. That would be the reason I would not return. "

"This hotel seemed to think of everything others don’t. There was tampons and pads for free in the women’s public bathroom. Restaurant style biscuits and gravy with real sausage for breakfast. Only reason they lost one star was it seemed the hot tub needed to be cleaned up, but I’m sure that’s an easy fix. Check in and check out was a breeze. I will look for this hotel on my next trip to Ottawa."
