The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings, lovely tasty breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. Room was a little tired looking but spacious family room. Excellent stay.

We had to ask for robe and slippers, those are not provided in the room. The restaurant was only open until 8pm. The spa facilities were ok, could be more clean. There was a roach in our bathroom. Other than that it was ok.
