"I was going to leave a 5 star rating but after my staycation at this hotel I accidentally left my phone charger. I spoke to staff 5 times over a 24 hour period regarding looking to see if the charger was found and every time I called I felt like no one made an effort to look for the charger, I had to give my name and number each time I called as no one would ever call me back with an update. As someone who frequently does staycations with my family throughout the year, this definitely changed my mind from coming back. Just because someone is no longer a guest doesn’t mean you can’t assist them as you don’t know if they will return or recommend others to visit. They are still yet to give me a call back on if the charger was found or not. "

"I loved my stay at Waves. The experience starts with a welcome cocktail while they get you checked in. I found the staff to be welcoming and extremely helpful giving me recommendations for activities and information on getting around the island. As a solo traveler they also made me feel safe. The cocktails and food were also pretty good for all inclusive. The view of the ocean is to die for from the dining area. My only complaint is the mattress being firm. All in all I’d definitely recommend this hotel for your Barbados stay."

"Everything about sugar bay was amazing from the staff to the food to the amenities absolutely spectacular! Not your typical all inclusive buffet, food was very good and not to mention the exceptional steak house and sushi restaurant on site. You cannot go wrong with staying here! "We booked classic ocean view for our 7 nights stay with two queen size beds, the room was very spacious with all comforts and the usual hotel rooms amenities. Staff were wonderful and very attentive to all our needs. Breakfast has variety, fresh and plentiful food everyday. The air conditioner was perfectly cooled our room and on all the time as needed. I 💯 recommend Sea breeze beach house for your perfect holiday in Barbados and I will definitely stay again and again 😀 "

"We had a room with our own pool and ocean views. We really enjoyed our large patio. As one of us is vegan it was great to have our own kitchen. The yoga class was excellent. Zen restaurant has very good sushi and Thai food. We will definitely come again."

"The staff was nice and accommodating. Best part about the resort was the staff. The resort was not clean to my standards. For example the resort room floors had the same trash and stains on the floor the entire time. The food was just decent and at some times good. Nothing to write home about. The drinks were delicious and the staff did a great job keeping the drinks coming. The resort is beautiful. I would stay again due to the staff being so friendly and accommodating. They definitely need to improve the cleanliness. Also the night life and entertainment was mediocre but it could just be because there was not a lot of visitors on the resort."
