We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while exploring Beppu and the surrounding areas. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff spoke excellent English which made check in and asking for help easy. The hotel is located right by the train station and there is ample car parking if you are renting a car. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay again.

Its a great place to stay, nothing fancy, has everything you need. I was here for 4 nights and it was perfect. If I could stay longer then I would go on some day trips to Oita and visit other famous shrines along the coast. Would stay again. Breakfast is very Japanese, small but healthy. There are plenty of options nearby, especially around Beppu Station which is 2min walk away or walk for another 10min for more choices.

Comfortable stay with family

Hotel is quite new and walkable from Beppu JR. It's modern, ecofriendly and have all amenities that one needs for a short stay. Staff is very polite and can speak very good English. Hotel staff is also willing to advise about things to do in Beppu and how to explore Beppu efficiently if you are not driving. Surprisingly breakfast was also quite good. Operated by couple of Japanese lady chefs it has good options for kids and adults.

No frills, a little outdated, but good location

This is a total fine place to stay if you need a no-frills place; the location is great! But be mindful, it's an older building, bathrooms aren't really updated or kept clean, faucets are in the hallway. But really if you just a convenient spot to sleep, not bad if you can get a cheap price.
