"Beautiful hotel and amazing front desk staff. We had a cleanliness issue in the room, which took two days to resolve. The front desk staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make sure it was taken care of. The pool area was better than the picture. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"I can't say enough great stuff about Zed!!! The decore was so fun and everything was very inviting. The staff were incredibly kind, and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was nice having options for places to hang out, and it seemed like there was quite a diverse group of guests of all ages and lifestyles. Also, it is in a fantastic location! I will be staying with them again for sure."

"I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time. It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!"

"It was a perfect stay for our stay. Close to everything for us. My only slight issue is the underground parking is very tight if u have a mid sz vehicle but on the bright side amazing humans helped us navigate into the stall. So there’s that. "
