Excellent value for large family. Room is a bit tight with hardly any space for luggages. Location is superb right in the middle of the city and many food choices. Car parking is very convenient - just next door for 800 Yen overnight.

This property is self-check in which is ok unless you need assistance. The room was basic and spacious, the beds were hard but that seems to be the norm in Japan. The area by the hotel is ok, it’s in the middle of a business/residential area. It is roughly a 10min walk to the train station and within walking distance of multiple eating locations. You’ll want to go to a different area. There was quite a bit of noise at night near the hotel from people outside and trucks/vehicles so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

The property itself was fine. But the worst experience I have ever had with service. This is an unmanned property that requires check-in details in order to get into the building. I never received the details. Had to find a public pay phone to try and call customer service at 10pm at night. Customer service couldn't find my booking, as well as a language barrier and background noise on both sides making it impossible to proceed. Had to sneak in behind other occupants to get to the check-in system to get into our room. This was a very stressful ordeal in a foreign city, late at night. Took 1.5 hours to finally get in the room, without help from staff

Place was clean and appreciated having 3 beds instead of one bed and one futon. Was near the station and easily walkable to local eateries. Check in was smooth and would recommend for others to stay here.
