At check-in, there was a foreign staff member whose accent was very difficult to understand, although he was speaking Japanese. The room was clean, and the staff were lovely. The food was also good, although I was sad to see that the usual 3-day rotation of different foods at breakfast time had been eliminated.

Since this is resort type hotel, it is a bit far for walking to other stores, markets or restaurants. It is one bus stop away from a highly recommend Itoman Fish Market. The hotel is close by a public beach with its own large size pool for leisure lounging around. The overall experience was excellent.

We had a wonderful experience there. Room was very specious and we could see the ocean every day. Staff were very friendly and also professional. Staff was quite accommodating, and displayed excellent ability to anticipate our needs as guests providing an English speaker. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. If you would not like to try the food available at the hotel, the bus has a stop at the front of the hotel which goes to pretty much every major part of the city. Personally my favorite part of the hotel was its location. Great place for some peace & quiet.

Hotel was very nice although a little secluded. There were 3 restaurants on premises and a convenience store with limited snack options but lots of souvenirs. There was nothing around the hotel and bus service stops around 8 pm. Staff was very friendly and pool was really nice. There’s a private beach however the it’s hard to swim there after noon as the tide goes out and it’s a small blocked off area. There’s a pool side restaurant as well. Overall happy with the hotel but the area is very secluded. Breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from as well.

The staff was amazing and very helpful at check in. The rooms are clean, spacious, equipped with a small fridge and kettle. Breakfast was amazing! Looks like a five star resort but failed to meet expectations. Stayed only for one night on transit with family. Resturant is poor quality, all interior are worn out. Beds are hard as stone. Although friendly and helpful staff as well as the pool area with the water slide result in three stars. Only paid 110 EUR per room so I guess you get what you pay for. I was really annoyed by an extra charge for early check even though the room was available. I've never came across this before.

We ate breakfast and lunch at one of the restaurants. The food did not seem to be rotating or refilled throughout. It’s were sitting out for a long time which made the food dry. The bar inside and the bar at the pool were never opened. Staff did either clean our rooms and/or restock fresh towels everyday which was great. They only charge one set price for parking per day which came out to be about $3.50, which was wonderful

Room was great! Came all the way from Sacramento, California, USA. Unbelievably warm welcome everybody that my wife and I stayed for three days. The beach area is beautiful. This property was amazing! We got the view side & I’m so happy we did. Saw the sunset every evening, woke up to an amazing view of the pool & the beach! There’s a great system to checking in & the property is just beautiful all around! The only possible down side was the parking, it’s quite a distance & there was a storm warning so I was thinking how much I would have to walk in the rain to get to the hotel lobby from where we parked.

This place was pretty good! It's a bit tired looking, a little run down here and there, but overall was very satisfactory. The indoor pool was very warm, which was nice. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, so much to choose from and really good food. I appreciated that it was included in our stay! The outdoor pool had just opened for the season when we arrived so it was too cold for us, but it looked good. I'll be honest when I say the photos don't totally match reality, it's not quite as stunning as it looks, and yes, you do have to go through an industrial area to get there, but for the three nights we stayed, we had fun. I recommend having a car if you can, it's an hour walk to the aquarium, partly along the beach and then through more industrial area, you need to cab or bus to town, but the bus isn't super frequent and it's very slow. Several stops. Not what we were used to coming from the efficiency of mainland Japan, so we ended up spending around 30-80 (CAD) a day on taxis to get anywhere in the surrounding area. To get to Shuri Castle you can actually cab to the Akamine stop for around 2000 Yen, then take the train the rest of the way. Saves you a bit of money and time. Limo bus is also slow. But it was only about 18 minutes to the airport by taxi, which is convenient. Beware the harbor view room, it is technically a harbor, but it's all shipping containers and freighters and what looks like a factory? If you're not in your room much, it's ok.
