"My second time staying here. 8 nights, breakfast is good, though after 8am it takes a bit of time to restock various dishes. Better earlier. Their laundry machines are good and price is reasonable. Dryer works pretty good. I figured out they have a back entrance that's closer to the station, rather than walking around to the main one. "

"Centrally located for the two stations and on an airport bus drop off, this hotel is very good value, with a lovely buffet breakfast available and good facilities. A friendly and welcoming staff helped us enjoy our stay. We will return."

"The lake and mountain views were worth the price alone. The Ryokan itself is very beautiful and traditional, the tatami and sliding paper doors made it feel like we had gone back in time. The onsen is nice and note that it is for separate male and female, so if you want to share the experience with family or partner you may not be able to. The restaurant was great with good service and meal options. The staff were so attentive and looked after us well. Small criticism was the room had a few stains on cupboards and floors, and the shower hose had a small hole which leaked onto the floor when showering. Overall a good experience and would recommend."

"A compact but very comfortable room, with high standards of accommodation, extremely clean and pleasant! Very convenient location near the train station and a large selection of restaurants, and close to the Crea Mall shopping street, which leads straight to the historic Koedo district. Wonderful!"
