"The breakfast was served 37 minutes late. We wanted to eat & be on the road at 6:30 & they didn’t event start setting up the buffet until after 6 am. . It was a major inconvenience because we wanted to avoid traffic along our route. There were more than 25 people waiting for they to set up."

"Great location within walking distance of the Biscuits stadium, Dreamland BBQ, lots of other restaurants, the Hank Williams Museum, Riverfront, and lots of Civil Rights historical sites. Staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the valet service. There were some renovations being made while we stayed, but they didn't impact our stay at all."

"The room 805 was the dirtiest Embassy Suites room I’ve ever stayed in. Honestly it should have been closed down. The beds didn’t have skirts on them so the mattress fully exposed. The sheets didn’t stay secure down. The furniture had stains, the ceiling had brown spots form water damage, and the shower water poured out into the floor. We had 2 young kids tired from traveling all day so we sucked it up. We Told the front staff how bad the room was. "

"Upon checking in the lobby was lovely, the room, not so much. Very small room & bathroom, felt & smelled constantly damp. Painted over mold in the shower. Rooms definitely in need of updating. On the upside, I needed to discuss final bill with desk a few days after checking out & Deja was wonderful & helpful."

"The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!"

"It was a good price and a safe place to sleep. The lobby and the room both smelled very musty like extremely musty. Every time the AC came on it smelled like mildew. But it was doable and it was the best price in the area and all we needed was a few hours sleep which we got. Check-in was easy and everything worked"

"I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend."
