"We stayed in a suite!! The room was far from clean with dirt on the flooring. The sofa was ripped and the back pillow coming off, and the sofa bed was disgusting. The light when you entered the room flashed like a strobe light (not good when you have a family member with epilepsy). There was mold growing under the bathroom vanity and sharp broken tiles surrounding the floor. The toilet ran all night. And the kicker of the trip, NO hot water the entire stay. "It's a small, manageable and recently remodeled hotel. Nice gym, convenient breakfast. Nextdoor to a Starbucks. Easy to get up/down elevators quickly. Very cool, old building that has been converted so lots of character. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Parking is indeed a litlte tricky... in an attempt to avoid the expensive daily parking rate I was paying the parking meters off and on the entire stay. "Hotel was very clean. The staff very friendly. My only issue is the bathroom curtain was ripped from the rack and there was a squirrel near the doorway that I scratched my foot on it should have been screwed all the way in."

"The hotel was dirty the cabinets had molded food in them. Housekeeping would come after 3pm or never then showed up the last day early asking if we were ready to check out. "
