"Checked us in late withoit explaining situation..can deal with issues as life happens but when asked why staff rude!! Room not cleaned no bed changes trash out for the 5 days we were there..had to beg hpuskeepers for towels our 4th day...went to front desk to get things cleared up with concerns on 3 different times ..all shift duty manager would do would hand me card with the main hotels info...sucked service a rudeness.WE WILL NEVERCSTAY THERE AGAIN!! "I've stayed at towneplace suites before but never been to this one. All staff were very friendly and the rooms were excellent! Location is good, conveniently by a mall. Didn't go to the tiki bar or pool but looked pretty nice. Would definitely stay again!"
